Our return policy allows you to return your order, or part of it, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. The purchase must have been made via our web shop. Once we receive your return, we'll process it and initiate the refund, which can take up to 15 business days depending on your payment method.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase when used under normal domestic conditions. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or commercial use. For specific warranty details, our stainless-steel cookware has a limited lifetime warranty, while non-stick coatings are covered for 2 years. New stainless-steel flatware should be washed by hand for the first few weeks of use. Use warm water, mild soap and a soft sponge and dry immediately. Once the stainless steel has been conditioned by washing, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Use a mild detergent; avoid lemon scented detergents. Place flatware in the basket with handles down and don't arrange items by type for more effective cleaning. Remove the flatware from the dishwasher as soon as the program has finished, or open the dishwasher to allow steam to escape, to prevent corrosion.

Dishwasher safe, but hand care wins! This food jar can handle the dishwasher, but for long-term performance, give it a little extra love with a soft sponge and warm water. Clean it regularly — it deserves it.

Cookware with non-stick coating is not dishwasher proof and must be washed by hand. Do not use steel wool or nylon scrubbing pads, oven cleaner or any abrasive, citrus-based or chlorine bleach-based detergent.
