You have 12 months from joining a tier to reach the next tier. Once achieved, you’ll have another 12 months to remain in that tier or move up. Your tier is based on how much you spend in a 12-month period:

* Bronze: free to join, no minimum spend
* Silver: €750 annual spend
* Gold: €2.000 annual spend

Your tier status is valid for 12 months, starting from the date you reach it.

Your tier will only change when you either reach the spend required for a higher tier or fail to meet the spend required to maintain
your current tier over the past 12 months.
