Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery within Europe and the UK
BergHOFF Home delivers packages to individuals within Europe and the UK via the carriers DPD, UPS, and Fedex. Deliveries are made on business days, namely Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 1 PM, are usually delivered within the next few deadlines:

Please note: These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and external circumstances, such as customs clearance in some countries (e.g. Switserland, Norway and United Kingdom).
Our carriers have a 98% success rate. If your package is exceptionally not delivered on time, we will investigate your case. Such an investigation may take up to 14 business days, during which time no refunds or replacements will be sent. There is still a chance that your package will still be delivered during this time.
Delivery preferences
Unfortunately, the delivery day of your order cannot be chosen by you, however we are working hard to offer this service in the near future. Currently, we are dependent on the schedules of our carriers. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping costs and free shipping threshold
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery. If the free shipping threshold is not reached, you can find an overview of the shipping costs below:

Delivery Options and Delivery Attempts
With all deliveries through our carriers, we offer multiple delivery options. These options are offered by DPD, UPS, and Fedex. The specific delivery options will be communicated by the carrier once your package is shipped. In addition to standard home delivery, this allows you to choose between:

Delivery to a safe place at your home

Pickup at a collection point
Delivery attempts depend on the carrier selected:

DPD: One delivery attempt. If the delivery is not successful, the package will be taken to a DPD collection point. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to BergHOFF Worldwide.

UPS: Three delivery attempts. If the package is not delivered after three attempts, it will be taken to a UPS Access Point for pickup. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will bereturned to BergHOFF Worldwide.

Fedex: Two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be taken to a Fedex collection point, where it can be picked up within the specified time. After that, the package will be returned to BergHOFF Worldwide.
Shipping restrictions
We are currently unable to offer deliveries to countries not listed in the above selection, but don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team, if possible, we will try to find a solution for you (customer@berghoffworldwide.com).
