Our return policy allows you to return your order, or part of it, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. The purchase must have been made via our web shop. Once we receive your return, we'll process it and initiate the refund, which can take up to 15 business days depending on your payment method.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages from incorrect use. The warranty is valid for up to 30 years from the date of purchase.
