Our return policy allows you to return your order, or part of it, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. The limited lifetime warranty for BergHOFF stainless steel cookware covers material and manufacturing defects under normal domestic use and when adhering to the product's care manual. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages from incorrect use. The warranty is valid for up to 30 years from the date of purchase.
