Our return policy allows you to return your order, or part of it, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. The purchase must have been made via our web shop. Once we receive your return, we'll process it and initiate the refund, which can take up to 15 business days depending on your payment method.
In case of a damaged product, we also advice to send us a photo of the damaged packaging.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase when used under normal domestic conditions. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or commercial use. For specific warranty details, our stainless-steel cookware has a limited lifetime warranty, while non-stick coatings are covered for 2 years. To maintain the longevity and performance of your Belly pan, it's recommended to hand wash it instead of using a dishwasher. Do not use steel wool or nylon scrubbing pads, oven cleaner or any abrasive, citrus-based or chlorine bleach-based detergent.

- To make cleaning easier and minimise the risk of corrosion, discolouration, and pitting, always wash off food residues (such as mayonaise, eggs, salt or vinegar) immediately after use.
- To remove rust stains, use a good quality metal polish cleaner and rub vigorously. Surface stains should disappear, but any pitting wil be permanent.
- Remove discolouration with a paste of baking soda and water.
- Stainless steel does not need polishing. However, if you wish to restore some of the original shine, you can use a stainless steel cleaner, wich will also improve the cleanlinessof blades.
- Keep your flatware away from open flames or extreme heat sources.
- Do not store flatware in plastic bags or any other materials that can trap moisture.

The limited lifetime warranty for BergHOFF stainless steel cookware covers material and manufacturing defects under normal domestic use and when adhering to the product's care manual. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages from incorrect use. The warranty is valid for up to 30 years from the date of purchase.
