How do I track & trace my parcel?

You can track your parcel once it's been shipped by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received this email yet, you can contact our customer service via chat or e-mail (customer@berghoffhome.com).

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return your order, or part of it, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. The purchase must have been made via our web shop. Once we receive your return, we'll process it and initiate the refund, which can take up to 15 business days depending on your payment method.
In case of a damaged product, we also advice to send us a photo of the damaged packaging.

What is the warranty on your products?

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase when used under normal domestic conditions. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or commercial use.
