Premium stainless steel naturally forms a thin protective layer when exposed to high heat. It’s completely harmless and has no impact on the performance of your cookware.

Cook on low to medium heat. Belly heats up 40% faster on induction, so you don’t need full power. It saves energy, prevents overheating, and helps your pan perform better, keeping the non-stick surface working as it should.

Our return policy allows you to return your order, or part of it, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. The purchase must have been made via our web shop. Once we receive your return, we'll process it and initiate the refund, which can take up to 15 business days depending on your payment method.
In case of a damaged product, we also advice to send us a photo of the damaged packaging.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase when used under normal domestic conditions. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or commercial use. For specific warranty details, our stainless-steel cookware has a limited lifetime warranty, while non-stick coatings are covered for 2 years.
