Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase when used under normal domestic conditions. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or commercial use. For specific warranty details, our stainless-steel cookware has a limited lifetime warranty, while non-stick coatings are covered for 2 years. Our return policy allows you to return your order, or part of it, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. The purchase must have been made via our web shop. Once we receive your return, we'll process it and initiate the refund, which can take up to 15 business days depending on your payment method.
In case of a damaged product, we also advice to send us a photo of the damaged packaging.
